In recent years, with the rapid development of
domestic tomato processing industry, China has become the world’s leading
tomato industry base gradually. China’s tomato sauce imports reached 1.025
million tons and 1.12 million tons in 2010 and 2011 respectively. In 2012,
China’s tomato cultivated area was 850,000 mu, reduced by 52% compared with
